HomeAlert Inspection Service, LLC was established in 2006 by company President, Greg Hansen.
HomeAlert provides complete residential inspections giving home buyers, sellers, property owners and agents accurate information
essential to evaluating a property’s condition.
Greg Hansen spent over 35 years in executive management manufacturing
precision parts for the automotive and construction equipment industries. During this time he was involved in various inspection
related functions including plant facilities and capability surveys. He was also involved in writing procedures and teaching
inspection methods and practices. Greg acted as the general contractor on several plant expansions, and has been involved
in numerous residential construction projects.
Greg is a graduate of the Kaplan / ITA (Inspection Training
Associates) Advanced Home Inspection School, and ITA’s Inspector Mentoring Program. He is a member of the National
Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), an Associate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors
(ASHI), a Candidate of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), and an Affiliate Member
of the REALTOR’S Association of Indian River County.
